About Our Founder - Reza Akhlagi
Reza Akhlaghi is the Founder and Managing Director at TokensOnchain Media, bringing 15 years of marketing expertise, with the last five years embedded in the crypto and DeFi.
Reza built TokensOnchain Media on a simple conviction: the transition from traditional finance to decentralized, onchain capital markets is the defining structural shift of our era. The protocols, founders, and institutions navigating this shift need a strategic marketing and narrative partner that speaks their language with clarity and authority. Prior to launching TokensOnchain Media, he worked at industry-leading firms, such as CoinDesk Indices, Indxx, and Bitget. Reza has held marketing roles at technology startups in telecom and wireless, as well as at management consulting firms in both Canada and the United States. He also brings a policy background, having worked at the Foreign Policy Association, one of the most respected foreign policy think tanks in the United States.
Reza is an accomplished professional writer and editor, with a knack in scaling content. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, a Master of Arts (MA) in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Double Major Honors in English Literature and Communication Studies from York University in Toronto.
